Work done: New home build
Here at BNR, we are very excited about this project! This 1600 sq ft home is the first new build we have undertaken here at Brandt New Remodeling. We are well underway with the construction and can’t wait to see it all come together. We are thankful for customers who trust us with their homes.

Foundation
It all starts with a good foundation. It’s the most important thing in building and in life. If you get that right, then you’re headed in the right direction.

Framing
In the first two days of the project, we had the walls up, house wrap on and the roof going up. We are so blessed to have such amazing crews to work with.

House Wrap
Seeing the house wrapped, already feels like a big accomplishment! We are proud of this project already.

Siding
Now that the siding is all up, the windows and doors are trimmed out we can move forward with exterior painting!
Progress: August 22
We are in the final weeks of the Luella House Project. We could not be more proud of the work that’s been done and we’re so excited about turning over the keys. After the countertops are installed, it’s just the finishing work to be completed!
Progress: Complete!
There is nothing better than wrapping up a project, especially one that came together so nicely! We are proud of the work that went into this home and can’t wait to start another! Stay tuned for pictures.
